Momma's visit and some thoughts

As many if you know, my wonderful mother came to visit a couple of weeks ago. We had a wonderful time and Ellie got to spend lots of good time with her Gammie! (I believe that's the name we have settled on?) Ellie and I are so lucky to have such a wonderful woman in our lives. 

Ellie said... Hmmm I think I like this lady! This child speaks with the eyes

While she was here, John and I got to go to a movie...

We saw captain America and it kinda sucked... Ain't gonna lie to ya

She to see me get inducted to an nursing  honor society at the uni 

Aren't we just the sweetest? There were more than this btw...

We worked in the yard... Ellie was on management

We went out to eat and mom, Ellie and I walked for relay for life

It was hard to say goodbye but we know will be visiting North Carolina soon.

Other thoughts... 

I just adore having a little girl. I know those boys are probably just as sweet as can be but I'm enjoying my baby girl so much... Especially since she can't talk back yet :)

Or tell me how to decorate her room! 

Speaking of talking, Ellie is learning how to babble a little bit and it is the cutest thing to listen to!

I've been working on trying to let her spend more time in her crib

It lasts about 5 minutes.  I guess the comfort of the bassinet is hard to leave...

Hmm... What else?

She's happy and healthy what else can I ask for? 

Hmmm.. I don't know either. (Ellie in her Ellie-funt onesie).
